Step 1: Register
You need to register with us before you can order online, if you have already registered with us or already have an account, go to Step 2.
Ø Click on ‘Register’
Ø Complete the registration form
Ø Make sure you read and accept our Terms and Conditions by ticking the box on the registration.
Ø Click Submit
Once you have submitted the registration form, we will send you an email with your username and automatically generated password ready for you to login and begin ordering
Step 2: Login
Once you login, you can place order with us online at any time.
To do this:
Ø Proceed to the Customer Login and enter your username and password and click on the arrow to login.
Ø The login area will now display that you are logged in.
Step 3: Browse for Products
There are two methods you can use to browse for products:
Browse By Category
Ø Select a product category from the navigation bar
Ø The category menu will then open, so you can browse through sub categories and items
Browse By Searching
Ø Enter a one or more keywords into the Search field
Ø Click on the arrow to view search results. The results displayed is known as the search listing
Step 4: Add Products to Cart
You can add products into your cart by:
Find the product from Search
Ø Browse to the product of interest
Ø Click on the item of interest.
From the product page after choosing a product by clicking on its image or name
Ø Choose the options you would like.
Ø Click on the quantity box
Ø Enter the quantity you require
Ø Click on the Add to Cart button
Step 5: Checkout & View Basket
Once you have added all items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you can review your cart and checkout to finalize your online order.
Ø Click on the Checkout Button on the cart summary to review your shopping cart
Ø Make any final changes to quantities or remove products
Ø To finalize your order, click on Checkout
NOTE: If you are not logged in at this point, you will be taken to the registration form. If you are already registered, click back to Home and login or register to obtain a user account as described in Step 1.
Step 6: Enter Order Details
Ø Complete the details of your order and ensure you specify the delivery location and provide any additional instructions. Repeat the submission process.
Ø Click on Next
Step 7: Review your Purchase Order
Prior to submitting your order, review and double check the details of your purchase order.
Ø Review your items’ colours and dimensions.
Ø Review the shipping and handling fees on your purchase order
Ø Click on the checkbox to acknowledge our Terms and Conditions
Ø Click on Submit to in order to finalize your order
NOTE: If you notice some details are incorrectly specified, you may click on 'Back' to modify your basket and repeat the submission process
Step 8: Enter your credit card details
You will be asked to enter your credit card details
Ø Select your credit card provider
Ø Enter your credit card numbers
Ø Enter your credit card expiry date
Ø Enter the security code which is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the back of your credit card next to your signature panel.
NOTE: The transmissions of your credit card details to our payment server are secured using SSL 128 bit encryption. SSL is an IT industry standard encryption technology that ensures your information remains secure.
Step 9: Order Submitted
Congratulations, you have successfully submitted your order!
Ø Print your Purchase Order for reference
Ø View your Order History
Ø You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received.
Ø You will receive an email once your order has been shipped
