DELIVERY CHARGES:
These delivery charges relate to online orders. Charges are for delivery only, assembly is not included. The majority of our furniture items are assembled or require minimal assembly; wall units & beds will require advanced assembly. We are happy to arrange a professional furniture assembler for you upon request, additional charges will apply. We will offer this service to you upon the order confirmation phone call. Please call 1300 11 22 33 if you have questions relating to delivery, assembly or charges.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is received and you will also be contacted by us when your order is ready to be delivered. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 48 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund. If you don't receive your confirmation, please Contact Us, we can be reached on 1300 11 22 33 between 10am – 5pm 7 days a week Australia Eastern Standard Time.

Sydney Metro Deliveries: For those inside the Sydney Metro region, our Beyond Furniture delivery and service team will carry out the delivery & assembly. You will receive a call from head office the next business day following your order placement to book your delivery day. The day prior to your delivery day you will receive a confirmation call and a 3 hour time bracket, the delivery team will give you a courtesy call half an hour before arriving. |
