Great people with great values
Beyond Furniture concentrates on hiring people we believe fit into the company culture: people who are driven to succeed, team orientated, enthusiastic about personal and professional improvement, and unafraid of constructive criticism and implementing new ideas. Beyond Furniture needs people who are positive, energetic and bright, passionate and committed to excellent customer service. These people share the following values:
1. Honesty and a high standard of business conduct
2. Self-Criticism, with a commitment to personal excellence and self improvement
3. Willingness to step out their comfort zone and take action.
4. Diligence and an ability to prioritise and adhere to the company’s principles
5. Respect for others and their time, and dedication to team success
6. Fairness, doing the right thing for customers, partners and the company
To help people live a better life with our furniture and service
In order to deliver on our mission consistently, we reward staff loyalty, provide financial incentives for their improvement, focus on training, and make continuous effort to keep our staff members healthy, happy, and moving ahead. This is reflected in our very low and decreasing staff turnover levels.
