CHOOSING THE RIGHT LIGHT

“Is your room missing something? Let there be light”

Often neglected, lighting is one of most influential factors in the overall feel of a room. Having a choice of lighting within the one room is important to create different atmospheres. For example, without lamps you only have the option of lights on, or lights off, not particularly ideal for when you want to have a cup of tea whilst watching TV. A living room should have at least one lamp, with a dimmer function to provide greater lighting settings; if you have the space a floor lamp and a table lamp is ideal. When lamps are not in use, they have to be great to look at; a beautiful lamp will become a sculpture for your room, making it even more important to consider style, function and quality when making your selection. A good lamp can make even the simplest of rooms look complete, choose a style that suits the size of the space and the purpose.

If you want a reading light in the living room, the Garden light is ideal with two individually controlled lamps that can be manoeuvred as needed.

If you want something dramatic for an empty corner, the Prima Signora will make a statement, the scale of the lamp and the hand blown glass are beautiful, timeless and refined.

The Armonica is beautiful to look at, and ideal for small corners, it is height adjustable, and there is a dimmer function, it would be amazing in an entry way, lighting up a large artwork or feature staircase.

For something different, the Loop will be a talking piece, use it on a large coffee table, or on the floor, the size, the perfect dome, and the glow make an interesting, and beautiful sculptural piece, perfect for creating a moody atmosphere in a modern apartment.
