1. Sydney Metro
♦ Goods in stock 
The “stock” button will be shown in green; we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a delivery date. The items will be delivered by our own professional delivery team within 7 days (depending on deliveries available in your area and the size of your order).
♦ Goods out of stock 
The “stock” button will be shown in red; the goods usually ships in 4-6 weeks for our regular backorder items, 10 -12 weeks for fresh new orders. Please contact us on 1300 11 22 33 about the lead time and delivery for “out of stock” items before you place an order. Once backorder items arrive in our warehouse, we will call you to arrange delivery. When you order multiple items with a combination of stock and “out of stock” items, we would like to organize the delivery altogether unless special request is made by you.
♦ Delivery charge
We charge $60 per delivery; no extra charges apply when you order more items for one delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is received and you will also be contacted by us when your order is ready to be delivered. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 48 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund. 2. Regional NSW and Interstates
♦ Goods in stock
The “stock” button will be shown in green; we will contact you within 3 days to arrange the delivery. We usually use professional furniture carriers to deliver goods, depending on the Carrier’s schedule; it usually ships within 10 days. If you live in a remote area where no frequent transportation is available, you need to contact us prior to any orders.
♦ Goods out of stock
The “stock” button will be shown in red; the goods usually ships in 4-6 weeks for our regular backorder items, 10 -12 weeks for fresh new orders. Please contact us on 1300 11 22 33 about the lead time and delivery for “out of stock” items before you place an order. ♦ Shipping charge
When you buy online, we charge a fixed fee based on shipping distance from our distribution centre to your home, generally speaking Regional NSW and ACT $200 – $400, QLD and VIC capital cities $200 – $400, SA and WA capital cities $500 -$800 depending on your location. No extra charges apply when you order more items for one delivery.
